Birthdays for the community selected at the top. Each shows on the TV only on its date.

Edit Day

Each day needs 3–6 activities. Blank rows are ignored when you save.

Default Announcements

These are locked-in announcements that always play on every community's TV. They never appear in the mobile app, and they do not show up in Announcement Manager, so staff cannot edit or delete them. Only admins can add, hide or remove them here.

Built into the TV app

These two cards are part of the TV app itself. They play automatically on every TV and cannot be edited here. The TV fills in today's weather and conditions live for each community.

Mobile App Logo

Swap the logo shown inside the mobile app (header and sign-in screen) for a seasonal version. This does not change the app icon on the home screen or in the App Store. Use a PNG with a transparent background; it appears on the royal-blue header, so white or light artwork works best. Wide, about 780 x 240 pixels.

Slideshow Decorations

A small themed decoration (like a paper cutout in the corner) appears on some photos in the TV slideshow — never on announcements or flyers. By default it changes automatically with the season.

Approve Photos

Photos residents submitted through the mobile app, awaiting review before they appear anywhere.
